FLOODING - January 2008
After torrential rain on Friday evening(25th January
2008) several areas in Clackmannanshire were left flooded including
the Bowling Club. Dave Richards took the photos below on Saturday
morning before wading into the clubhouse to see the full extent of
the damage.
Devonvale Hall also had to be temporarily
closed due to water damage to the heating system and several householders
from the bungalows towards the rear of Devonvale Hall had to be helped
from their houses on rafts by the Fire Service. The Hall is now back
in use
